• Thursday 30 April 2026 A great night of football! In our first ever outing in our new mini bus we enjoyed a successful night of football winning our first two games of the West End School's Trust (WEST) football league.
• Thursday 30 April 2026 NUFC Transition Event for Year 6 parents/carers The West End Children's Community in conjunction with Newcastle United Foundation have organised a special event for parents/carers of year 6 children focusing on transition from year 6 to year 7.The event takes place on Monday 29 June at NUcastle (Diane Street, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE4 6BQ).There are two sessions, 4-5pm or 5-6pm. There will also be free activities for your child to join in whilst you browse.

It means we can get out and about more easily, opening up so many more opportunities for our children — from local visits to bigger adventures beyond the classroom!We're passionate about giving our children rich, real-life experiences, and this minibus will help us do exactly that. More trips, more opportunities, more memories!Look out for an exciting competition in the next few weeks where you will have the opportunity to name our mini bus!We can't wait to get started!
