Welcome to Lemington Riverside

Welcome to a primary school that dares to be different and celebrates its uniqueness…

We are Lemington Riverside Primary School – an inclusive, vibrant school at the heart of our community, overlooking the beautiful River Tyne. We welcome children from age 3 to 11 and are a one-form-entry school, meaning there is one class in each year group.

Our school is a magnificent Edwardian building, with spacious classrooms, break out spaces, libraries, ICT facilities, a sensory room and an exciting outdoor environment. We also have a community hub on site, providing additional activities, services and support to our children, families and the wider community.

Thanks to our ongoing collaboration work with Newcastle Eagles basketball team, we have some tickets to give away for an up and coming game at the Vertu Motors Arena.

'Stay and play' for 0-3 year old pre-school children and their grown ups is on tomorrow (Tuesday 3rd March) from 9:15-10am in the main hall at school.
Everybody is welcome and pre-booking is not required.
'Stay and play' is jointly ran by Lemington Riverside and Healthworks Pre School.
