We are Lemington Riverside Primary School – an inclusive, vibrant school at the heart of our community, overlooking the beautiful River Tyne. We welcome children from age 3 to 11 and are a one-form-entry school, meaning there is one class in each year group.
Our school is a magnificent Edwardian building, with spacious classrooms, break out spaces, libraries, ICT facilities, a sensory room and an exciting outdoor environment. We also have a community hub on site, providing additional activities, services and support to our children, families and the wider community.

What’s Happening...
We are absolutely delighted to share that Lemington Riverside has won the 'Positive Impact' award at the national Poverty Proofing Awards ceremony this afternoon.
We always have, and always will, do whatever we can to ensure that coming to school does not cause our families any additional financial pressures. From day trips, to uniform bundles, after school clubs to residentials to European countries - primary school should be about making memories for life and we're proud of the 'Lemington Riverside Experience' offer we give to our children.
We're never afraid to think out of the box and do things differently here.
