Supermarket vouchers: Important updates

We are aware that some people have reported issues with their recently issued supermarket vouchers for the summer holidays.

We purchase our vouchers through a company called E Vouchers. E Vouchers have provided the following information if you are having issues with your vouchers that you will need to follow. Please note, school are unable to rectify any issues with vouchers, you must follow the steps below.

E-VOUCHERS UPDATE:

"Once an Evoucher has been converted into a specific retailer’s gift card, we (E vouchers) are unable to view any transaction history related to it. To check the balance, you’ll need to contact the retailer directly.

Most retailers are also able to provide transaction history over the phone, which can help confirm whether the voucher has already been used."
