Dear Parent/Guardian,

I am delighted to announce through the Holiday Activation Fund (HAF) received through Newcastle City Council & Street Games, we will be offering free places for 4 days over 3 weeks during the school summer holidays.

There are 40 places available for each week, and by registering your child you are signing up for the full week. Each day will run 10 – 2pm.

Week 1: Monday 22nd July – Thursday 25th July

Week 3: Monday 5th August – Thursday 8th August

Week 5: Monday 19th August – Thursday 22nd August

Each week your child will have access to the following: Football, Multi Sports, Gaming Room (Age-Appropriate games to be played), HADO & STEM as well as a health packed lunch.

Please be aware registration will automatically close when all spaces are filled. Your child’s place will be confirmed after this separately by email.

As part of the confirmation form, you will be asked for permission for your child’s data to be shared with Street Games & Newcastle City Council.

You are under no obligation to tick yes, but by doing so it allows our funders to monitor who is accessing our sessions, which will enable us to provide more free sessions in the future.

Please note if your child is unable to attend a week, please message to inform us of this to allow another child to take their place.
