NUFC Partnership

As a proud member of the West End Schools’ Trust (WEST), our school benefits from a strong and well-established partnership with both Newcastle United Football Club and the Newcastle United Foundation. This exciting collaboration plays a valuable role in enriching the educational experience we offer our children.

Through the Foundation’s inspiring programmes, our pupils regularly take part in sessions at NUCastle, Newcastle United’s state-of-the-art community hub. These include engaging and informative Health and Wellbeing Week activities, as well as a variety of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) experiences – both in school and beyond the classroom.

Our children also benefit from a unique partnership with the Newcastle United Academy. Academy players regularly visit our school, setting fun and meaningful challenges linked to both the values of Newcastle United and the core values of our school. These visits are always a highlight for the children, who are motivated and inspired by the players’ words and actions.

The relationship with Newcastle United has created unforgettable opportunities for our pupils. These include tours of the iconic St. James’ Park stadium, participation in football tournaments held at the Academy, and even the chance to attend Premier League matches in corporate hospitality – a truly special experience for our children and their families.

This partnership continues to grow and evolve, and we are incredibly proud to work so closely with such a respected and historic institution at the heart of our city. The support of Newcastle United and the Newcastle United Foundation helps us to offer a wider, richer curriculum and further inspires our children to aim high and dream big.
