'Respectful Relationships' workshop for Y6
Northumbria Police's Prevention Through Education Team will be visiting our school on Wednesday 27th November to deliver a session to year 6 students on Respectful Relationships.
The session discusses recognising one’s emotions, what makes a respectful relationship, the difference between good and bad secrets, and where to get help if something doesn’t feel right.
Whilst the team won’t discuss the term “domestic abuse”, this Respectful Relationships session is a precursor to the team’s Domestic Abuse session for secondary school students. Please see the e-leaflet below for parents/carers provided for more information about domestic abuse.
